Expand the MPC4-D with the Addition of IKIS™

IKIS™ Operation Platform
All Harrison digital products operate using their proprietary IKIS™ computer platform. This is a dual processor, custom configured PCI-based computer. In redundant systems, a second, identical (mirror) computer duplicates all functions. In the unlikely event a computer should fail, the mirror computer can take over without reboot. Graphically rich screens guide the operator’s every command. IKIS™ also lets the MPC4-D™ take advantage of the many developments gained in building world renowned film consoles.

Digital Tools Card (DTC™)
Adding Harrison’s Digital Tools Card (DTC™) provides unique and powerful features. Thirty-two specialized digital bus limiters per card with “look ahead” intelligence and a 20 second loop recorder are standard. The DTC™ also becomes the gateway for a whole suite of DTC™ plug-in software modules. These optional plug-ins are chainable and interchangeable in the signal path with fully resourced 40-bit Wide Pipe™ floating point processing available for all DTC™ Bus Limiters and plug-ins "at all times".
